Fertigation Systems
Precision nutrient delivery engineering β calibrated to your crops, your water, and your production goals.
What Is Fertigation?
Fertigation combines fertilization with irrigation β dissolving nutrients directly into the water supply so crops receive the exact formulation they need at the root zone. Compared to broadcast or granular application, fertigation dramatically improves nutrient use efficiency and reduces leaching losses.
At FERTIGATION SPECIALISTS INC, we engineer systems that maintain target electrical conductivity (EC) and pH in real time, automatically adjusting dosing rates as water flow changes. The result is consistent, uniform delivery across your entire planted area.
EC Control to Β±0.1 dS/m
Automated feedback loops maintain target nutrient concentrations with laboratory-grade precision.
pH Correction On-the-Fly
Inline acid injection modules maintain optimal pH 5.5β6.5 for maximum nutrient availability.
Crop-Stage Scheduling
Pre-programmed fertigation plans follow your crop's nutrient curve from transplant through harvest.
Fertigation System Options
We design and install multiple fertigation configurations to match your scale, budget, and crop requirements.
| System Type | Best For | Injection Method | Automation Level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Venturi Injector | Small farms, low flow rates | Differential pressure | Manual / Timer |
| Dosatron Injector | Greenhouse, nursery | Proportional dosing | Semi-automatic |
| Pump-Based Injector | Large field operations | Positive displacement pump | Fully automated |
| Multi-Tank A/B System | High-value crops, greenhouse | Multi-channel EC/pH control | Fully automated + sensor feedback |
| Closed-Loop Recirculating | Substrate culture, soilless | Recirculation + top-up | Automated with drain monitoring |
How We Design Your System
Water Analysis
We test your source water for EC, pH, bicarbonate alkalinity, and key mineral content to inform system design.
Crop Nutrient Program
We build a full-season fertigation schedule based on your crop variety, growth stage, and target yield.
System Engineering
Hydraulic sizing, injector selection, tank sizing, and control system specification β all documented in full technical drawings.
Installation & Calibration
Professional installation followed by calibration of all injection rates, sensor readings, and alarm setpoints.
